RESILINK APP

This is a mobile application that we developed for Resilink. It’s a software that helps elderly care homes in Australia. It connects the whole system in an elderly care centre. It helps to communicate the doctors’ findings to the patients’ families, to have discussions between doctors and other workers, and to have interactions between patients and their families as well.
