RDW is fully staffed with event management personnel that can help make your next event a success. Services include planning, event coordination, execution, and production. We can work with our design, marketing, and technical team to manage all of the collateral materials, signage, and web components necessary to properly manage and market your next event.

We provide a turn-key program that places our employees on your premises to manage the day-to-day operation of your event. We also provide an outsourcing program through which our staff of experts can help you run your organization on a part-time basis.

Additionally, we provide consulting services with a written assessment of your organization’s needs and ways to improve the way your company functions. RDW can provide the support and staff for large corporate events, conferences, team building exercises, fan development programs, experiential marketing events and more.

The NHL-Supported “Got Skills” Program
The RDW Event Management team also runs the “Ace Bailey Got Skills” property, which we own. We manage this program from top to bottom, applying the skills each member has learned through their experience in the sports industry.

At this time, RDW has grown the Got Skills program to include more than ten NHL club partners and ran events in over 35 cities in the 2006-07 season. Since the program began in 2004, it has grown from 150 participants to over 1,500 across North America and the 2007-08 season is expected to be the largest yet.
